If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Uneek Sales, upon return and reciept of the product, Uneek Sales will exchange, refund or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. • All products must be returned in new condition, original packaging, inclusive of all paperwork, parts, etc. within 15 days to insure proper credit.
• Products can be exchanged for any product of equal value within 30 days of purchase date. Damaged / missing products must be reported within 10 days.

• Basic size units are in stock in our warehouses. Units in stock can be shipped in 24 - 48 hours via the mode of transportation you select.
• Units can be shipped either by truck or Fedex as you select.
• The most economical freight charges will be experienced with Freight Collect shipments
• Prepaid shipping costs will be calculated on the actual freight charges from carrier plus our handling charge. Prepaid freight charges are added to your sales order.
• All claims for missing parts must be received within 10 days of unit delivery.
